Eraiyur Community
Perambalur Diocese, Tamil Nadu
History
Our story
The Eraiyur community was established in 2004 with the purchase of a property for the congregation's mission. In 2005, the community was officially established, and the sisters began their pastoral and educational services. As the needs of the local community grew, a girls' hostel was opened in 2006 to provide care and support for students. Responding to the needs of vulnerable children, preparations for a children's home began in 2020, and after receiving the necessary approval in 2022, the home was opened to provide care, protection, and hope for abandoned and surrendered children.
